Reporting

Marketing reports you'll actually understand

You shouldn't need a marketing degree to read your own marketing report. Every month we send a short, plain-English report on what we did, what changed, and what we recommend next.

What's in the report

  • What we worked on. A clear list of what we did for you that month.
  • How people found you. Your search traffic and the searches bringing people in, from Google Search Console.
  • Website visits. How many people came to your site and where they came from.
  • Ad results. What you spent and what it brought in, if we're running your Google or Facebook ads.
  • Social media results. Reach, engagement, and follower growth, if we're managing your social media.
  • Email results. Opens and clicks, if we're running your email campaigns.
  • What's next. What we recommend for the coming month, and why.

Numbers with context

A number on its own doesn't tell you much. We explain why something went up or down and whether it actually matters for your business.

Set up right from the start

A report is only as good as the tracking behind it. Before we start, we make sure Google Search Console and your analytics are set up correctly, so the numbers you see are ones you can trust.

Questions

Common questions

How often will we get a report?

Every month. If something important comes up in between, we'll let you know right away.

Can we see our data ourselves?

Yes. Your Google Search Console and analytics accounts belong to your business, and we'll make sure you have access to them.

What if the numbers go down?

We'll tell you, explain why as best we can, and tell you what we're doing about it. A good report doesn't hide the bad months.
